Whether the price of your adventure isn’t the same as booking directly, the tour differs significantly from the description, the operator cancels and we can’t find a suitable alternative, or even in the rare case that the operator goes out of business—we’ve got your back! With TourRadar booking protection, you can trust that you’ll get the adventure you booked or a fair resolution.

Your operator is here to help

If anything unexpected comes up, your operator is your best point of contact. They’ll likely be able to fix the issue quickly. You can message them directly to let them know what’s happening.

Same price as booking directly with the operator

When you book with TourRadar, you’re dealing directly with the operator. That means the price you pay for the specific tour is the same as if you were booking directly with them.

Inaccurate listing

If the trip listing is significantly different from what was advertised, your operator is usually the best resource to fix the issue. But if they can’t resolve it, we’ll step in to ensure a fair outcome based on what was communicated on your Booking Conversation Page and the operator’s Terms and conditions. Operator cancels

If your operator cancels and can’t find a suitable alternative adventure, we’ll help you find a similar tour at comparable pricing, depending on availability. If there’s no suitable alternative or you prefer not to re-book, we’ll work with you and the operator to find a fair solution based on the circumstances and the operator’s Terms and conditions.

Operator goes out of business

In the rare event that an operator goes out of business, don’t worry—we’ve got your back with a full refund, or a great alternative adventure!
