What happens if my tour is canceled by the adventure operator?
The tour operator reserves the authority to cancel your scheduled departure in the event of:
- Safety concerns or
- If the minimum required number of passengers has not been met.
In such cases, each adventure operator presents distinct alternatives (e.g. date changes, Credit for Future Tours, or refunds) to address the situation.
Should your adventure be canceled for any reason, you can anticipate direct communication from either the adventure operator or our dedicated Customer Support Team. They will guide you through the available options and assist you in making informed decisions regarding the next steps to take.
