What is the Booking Conversation Page, and how do I find it?

A Booking Conversation Page is a dedicated page within your TourRadar account that serves as a communication hub between you, the tour operator, and TourRadar.

It allows you, as the lead traveller, to access important details about your booked adventure, or your initial inquiry, request additional services, and exchange messages directly with the operator or TourRadar. This streamlined communication channel enhances your experience by providing a centralized location for managing various aspects of your tour.

You're brand new and it's your first time on TourRadar:

You can conveniently access your Booking Conversation Page through your TourRadar account:

  1. Log in to your TourRadar account by visiting https://www.tourradar.com/login.

  2. Click on your account icon, which will unveil the account menu. Subsequently, select 'Inbox':

  3. Within the 'Inbox' section, choose the specific adventure you're looking to follow up on/book in to reveal your dedicated Booking Conversation Page.

If you are accessing your Booking Conversation Page via the link from your e-mail, if you've bookmarked/saved the link anywhere, and it's been longer than 4 days since you've last accessed it. You will be prompted with a few options:

1. Log in to your TourRadar account to get full access to your Booking Conversation Page

2. Request a Secret Code to your e-mail. **Please note if you choose this option, you WILL be prompted to log in to your account if you want to book your adventure or make a payment on an existing booking.

3. Create a TourRadar account if you do not already have one. To make any payments you will be required to create an account anyway.

What is a 'lead traveller'?

The lead traveller is the person who places the booking using their e-mail. If you receive all of the communications for the Booking Conversation Page, you are the lead traveller.

What is a 'co-traveller'?

Co-travellers are anyone else that you have booked onto your booking with you. Co-travellers do not have access to sending messages on the Booking Conversation Page. They only have access to updating their traveller details and making payments once you invite them to do so from the 'Travellers Tab' on the Booking Conversation Page. All co-travellers will be required to create/login to their TourRadar account in order to make payments, which you can find here.

Here is a handy video for you as well. This will show how to access your Booking Conversation Page through multiple avenues such as your e-mail, or your TourRadar account, and what you can do on your Booking Conversation Page prior to booking the adventure.
