      What is the Booking Conversation Page, and how do I find it?

      The Booking Conversation Page on TourRadar is your personalized communication hub. It connects you directly with the tour operator and TourRadar’s Customer Support team, providing a streamlined way to manage and discuss all aspects of your bookings.

      • How to access your Booking Conversation Page:

        If you’re new to TourRadar:

        • Visit TourRadar’s login page and sign in with your credentials.
        • Once logged in, click on your account icon to open the account menu. Choose 'Inbox' from the dropdown menu.

        • Inside your Inbox, you’ll see a list of all your bookings and inquiries. Click on the specific booking to open your Booking Conversation Page.

        If accessing via email:

        • Direct link: If you’ve received a link to your Booking Conversation Page via email or have it bookmarked, clicking on the link will prompt you to log in if it's been more than four days since your last session.
          • Full Access: Log in to your TourRadar account for full access.
          • Secret Code: Request a Secret Code sent to your email for limited access. Note, booking or making payments will require full login.

        • Create an account: If you do not have a TourRadar account, you will need to create one to manage bookings effectively, especially to make payments.

        Definitions:

        • Lead traveler: The individual who made the booking. This person has full access to the Booking Conversation Page and receives all communication related to the booking.

        • Co-traveler: Other individuals included in the booking by the lead traveller. Co-travelers can update their details and make payments if invited to do so by the lead traveler from the 'Travellers Tab' on the Booking Conversation Page. Co-travelers must log in to their own TourRadar accounts to access these features.
