What is the Booking Conversation Page, and how do I find it?

The Booking Conversation Page is where you can message the tour operator directly, ask questions before booking, or manage your confirmed tour.


It’s your main communication space for anything related to your tour, including messaging, payments, and additional requests.

What can I do in the Booking Conversation Page?

If you're contacting the operator before booking:

  • Send a message directly to the tour operator to ask questions about the itinerary, inclusions, or availability.

  • Review the tour details in the 'Adventure Overview'

  • Click ‘Book Now’ directly from the page if you're ready to book your adventure

If you have a confirmed booking:

  • Message the tour operator with any updates or questions.

  • View your full adventure overview and itinerary, and download your confirmation.

  • Make payments, change your card details, and view your payment history.

  • Edit traveler details and invite co-travelers to make payments

  • Upload/attach travel documents (e.g. passport or flight details) securely

How do I access my Booking Conversation Page?

From the TourRadar website:

  • Log in to your TourRadar account

  • Click your profile icon and select ‘Inbox’ from the dropdown menu to view all your Booking Conversation Pages

  • Click on the booking or conversation you want to view

From an Email 

You can also use the ‘View Booking’ or ‘Reply’ buttons in the email notifications you receive from TourRadar to jump straight into your Booking Conversation Page. Log in may be required.

Tip: Be sure to click the blue button in the email — not your email provider’s reply button — to ensure you’re directed to the right place.

After submitting an enquiry

If you use the ‘Contact Operator’ button on a tour page to send a question, a new Booking Conversation Page will be created.

Once your enquiry is submitted, a ‘Follow conversation’ button will appear — clicking this will take you directly to the Booking Conversation Page for that enquiry.
