If you are accessing an enquiry link from your e-mail you will be presented with the below log in screen, this screen will prompt you with a few options; to create an account, log into your TourRadar account (if you already have one), or log in using a Secret Code that will be send to your e-mail.
If you want to place a booking or make payments on an existing booking, our system will prompt you to log in or do the registration process if you don't yet have an account.
