Troubleshooting Log In Issues on TourRadar

Having trouble logging into your TourRadar account? Check these common log in issues, questions and fixes - and how to resolve them.

1. Do I Have a TourRadar Account?

  • If you’ve made a booking, an account was automatically created using the email you provided at the time of booking. 
  • A temporary password was sent to your email when you booked.
  • Use this password to log in for the first time and create a new secure password.
  • If you can’t find the email, reset your password using TourRadar’s Password Reset Guide.
  • If you have not made a booking via TourRadar before, but have an inquiry, you will need to sign up to make an account.


2. Using the One-Time Password (OTP) 

When can I use an OTP?

  • If you have a TourRadar account with an open inquiry or booking, you can use an OTP, but full login is faster, easier, and provides full booking access.
  • If you don’t have an account, you’ll need to use an OTP to access your inquiry page. Setting up an account is recommended for easier future access.

OTP Issues

  • OTPs are valid for 1 hour—if yours has expired, request a new one.
  • Check your spam/junk folders.
  • Ensure you’re using the same email linked to your booking or inquiry.
  • Only the most recent OTP will work—if you requested multiple, enter the latest code.

3. Password & Log In Issues

Forgot Your Password?

Didn’t Receive a Password Reset Email?

  • Check your spam/junk folders.
  • Ensure you’re using the correct email linked to your booking.
  • Wait a few minutes—emails can sometimes be delayed.
  • Request a new password reset link before contacting support.

Why Am I Seeing ‘Email Not Recognized’ or ‘Invalid Account’?

  • Ensure you’re entering the same email address linked to your booking or inquiry.
  • If you created your account using Google, Facebook, or Apple, you must log in with the same method—you cannot use an email and password.
  • If you haven’t signed up for an account, your email won’t be recognized. Try using the One-Time Password (OTP) option to sign in or sign up for an account.

4. Logging in with Google, Apple, or Facebook

  • If you signed up using Google, Facebook, or Apple, select the same method when logging in.
  • On some devices, social login options appear lower in the login popup—scroll down if you don’t see them.

4. Other General Troubleshooting Tips

  • Try a different browser or device – Some login issues may be browser-specific.
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies – This can resolve issues caused by stored data.
  • Update your app or browser – Outdated versions may not support the latest login features.
