How do I make a booking on TourRadar?

Here's a step-by-step guide to secure your next tour with ease.

When you’re ready to book your vacation, you can easily start the process online from the specific tour page. Just follow these steps:

  1. Check Availability: Click the ‘Check Availability’ button for departure dates and prices.

  2. Confirm Dates: Click ‘Confirm Dates’ to move to the booking page.

On the booking page, you can:

  • Add the number of travelers.
  • Provide details for each traveler.
  • Choose your accommodation preferences.
  • If available, select any additional adventure options or add-ons the operator offers.
  • Set up a payment schedule and enter your payment details.
  • Review and accept the terms and conditions, including cancellation fees and mandatory insurance requirements.

Important notes

  • Accepting the terms and conditions is crucial to completing your booking. If your booking isn’t successful, check that you have agreed to these terms.
  • After submitting all required information, click the blue ‘Book 1 space’ button at the bottom of the page to confirm your booking request.

  • Your booking status may initially show as "Awaiting Confirmation." The tour operator will confirm your booking details and the payment amount will be pre-authorized on your credit card or PayPal account. The actual charge will only occur upon confirmation from the operator.

Additional information

  • For tours with ‘Instant Confirmation,’ your booking is confirmed immediately, and payment is processed right away. However, await written confirmation from the operator on your Booking Conversation Page. Here you can find more: What is the Booking Conversation Page, and how do I find it?
  • If you have a 48-hour hold on a tour, you can finalize your booking directly from your current hold page.

After your booking

  • You will receive an email with your TourRadar reference ID and access to your Booking Conversation Page, allowing communication with the adventure operator and our Customer Support team.
  • If you’re new to TourRadar, you’ll either request a one-time password or create an account.
  • For further assistance, contact our Customer Support team, available 24/7.
