Follow these steps to book your tour with confidence.
When you’re ready to book your vacation, you can easily start the process online from the specific tour page.
Follow these steps:

Check Availability: Click the ‘Check Availability’ button for departure dates and prices.

Confirm Dates: Click ‘Confirm Dates’ to move to the booking page.
If you’ve already placed a 48-hour hold, you can confirm your tour directly from the hold page by clicking the Book Now button.
What to expect on the booking page
The booking page includes several sections to complete in order. Here’s what you’ll fill out:

How many are traveling? – Confirm the number of travelers joining the tour.

Select accommodation – Choose your preferred room type, such as twin share, double, triple, or single. The relevant prices will be listed next to the accommodation type.

Add extras – Select any optional add-ons the operator offers, like city tours, transfers, or pre-accommodation (if available).

Add traveler details – Enter personal details for each traveler, including name, date of birth and contact information.

Travel Insurance – If available in your country, you can add insurance coverage through our partner XCover.

TourRadar Savings – Redeem a promo code or apply any TourRadar Travel Credits (if available).
- Choose payment schedule – If you're booking more than 60 days in advance, you may be able to pay a deposit, pay in full, or set up an installment plan (available 75+ days before departure).

Add payment details – Choose your payment method and complete your booking securely.
After completing all sections, review your booking, accept the terms and conditions (including cancellation fees and mandatory insurance requirements), and click the 'Book Spaces' button to submit your request
If the 'Book Spaces' button isn’t working, double-check that you’ve ticked the box to accept the terms and conditions.
What happens after you book
Once you click 'Book Spaces', your request is sent to the tour operator.

If the tour offers Instant Confirmation, your space is confirmed immediately and payment is processed right away.
- Your booking may show as “Awaiting Confirmation” while the operator reviews availability. Your payment is only pre-authorized—you won’t be charged until the booking is confirmed. You can learn more in How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
- In both cases, you’ll receive written confirmation via your Booking Conversation Page, where all tour updates and communication take place.
We recommend not booking flights or other travel until your tour is fully confirmed, and you’ve checked with the operator that the departure is guaranteed.
After confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive:

A confirmation email with your TourRadar reference ID

Access to your Booking Conversation Page

If you're new to TourRadar, an account will be automatically created, and you’ll receive a temporary password by email to log in and manage your booking.
