How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Now, here's what to expect if your booking is not instantly confirmed:

  • If your booking hasn't been immediately confirmed, please rest assured that you'll receive an email from TourRadar within 48 hours. This email will provide confirmation once the operator has processed your booking or will explain the reasons for non-confirmation.

It's important to note that during weekends, some operators may not have open offices, potentially causing slight delays. In such instances, it might take until Tuesday for the booking to be confirmed or otherwise.

For your convenience, you can log into your TourRadar account to access your Booking. Here, you can easily check the status of your booking, which will be categorized as one of the following: Awaiting Confirmation, Confirmed, or Declined by the Operator.

  • In the unlikely event that your booking is declined by the operator, don't worry. Our dedicated Customer Support Team will promptly reach out to you with alternative, fantastic adventure options. We're here to ensure you have a memorable travel experience.
