How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Once you’ve made a booking, confirmation might not always be instant. Here's what you should know:

  • Confirmation email: If your booking isn't confirmed right away, don't worry. You will receive an email from TourRadar within 48 hours, which will either confirm your booking or explain why it hasn’t been confirmed yet.
  • Weekend delays: Be aware that some operators close over the weekend, which might delay confirmation. If you book over the weekend, your confirmation might be processed by Tuesday.
  • Check your booking status: You can log into your TourRadar account at any time to check the status of your booking. It will be listed as one of the following: Awaiting Confirmation, Confirmed, or Declined by the Operator.



  • If declined: If your booking is declined by the operator, our Customer Support team will contact you promptly to offer alternative tour options. We’re committed to ensuring you have a memorable travel experience.
