How you contact the operator depends on whether you're asking about a specific tour, a general question, or an existing booking.
If you're on tour and need assistance, read What should I do if I have issues while on tour? to understand the steps to follow.
How do I ask about a specific tour?
Every tour page shows which operator runs it. Open the tour's details, then use the Contact Operator button on that page to send the operator a message about that specific tour.
How do I make a general inquiry, not about a specific tour?
If your question isn't about a specific tour, you can reach out through the operator's profile page instead. See How do I learn about an operator on TourRadar? for how to find it.
How do I contact the operator about an existing booking or inquiry?
If you already have a booking or inquiry, you can send a direct message to the operator through your Booking Conversation Page. Find out more in What is the Booking Conversation Page, and how do I find it?.
How long will the operator take to respond?
Response times vary between operators, generally within 1 to 3 business days, depending on their time zone and office hours compared to yours. Some operators run global teams across multiple time zones, while others are small, local businesses, so response speed can vary quite a bit.
When you send a message or inquiry to an operator, their contact page will show their average response time and response rate, so you'll have a good idea of when to expect to hear back.
