Every operator on TourRadar has a profile page where you can see their tours, reviews, and more.
Here's what you'll find on an operator's profile, and how to find it.
How do I find an operator's profile?
You can find an operator's profile in a few ways:

If you know the operator's name, type it into the search bar.

From any tour page, you will see the operator's name listed under the tour title. If you click on the name, it will take you to their profile page.

Browse the full list of operators on TourRadar to see every operator's rating and review count at a glance, and click through to their profile page from there.
What can I find on an operator's profile page?
At a glance, you'll see the operator's overall rating, number of reviews, and how many tours they offer, along with their typical response rate and response time to messages. From there, you can explore:

Reviews: detailed traveler reviews and ratings for that operator.

Tours: a full list of all the tours they currently offer.

About: background on the company, including where they're based and the kind of trips they run.

Guides: for some operators, information about the guides who lead their tours.

FAQ: answers to questions specific to that operator.
You can also use the contact option on their profile page to send the operator a general inquiry, rather than one about a specific tour. If you already have a specific tour in mind, though, we recommend contacting the operator from that tour's page instead, so they have the tour details in front of them when they reply.
Some operators also carry a Travellers' Choice badge (Platinum, Gold, or Silver) on their profile, recognizing operators with especially strong traveler ratings. You can find out more in How do I know which operator offers great adventures?.
If an operator doesn't have a profile page, it's usually because they're a small, local operator or new to TourRadar.
How do reviews work?
After every trip, TourRadar invites travelers to review their adventure. Operators can reply to reviews, and can even invite travelers who didn't book through TourRadar to share their experience. Reviews are only removed or edited if they break our review guidelines. Keep in mind that reviews about a specific adventure are different from reviews about TourRadar itself, which reflect the booking and shopping experience rather than the tour.
