TourRadar and tour operators each play a different part in getting you on tour.
Here's how the two work together, and what each one is responsible for.
What is TourRadar's role?
TourRadar is an organized adventure platform. We partner with over 2,500 tour operators to bring together a broad range of adventures in one place, and our role is to make it easy to discover and book the right tour for you.
Operators manage their own tour listings on TourRadar, including the content, pricing, and availability, so when you book, you're booking directly with the operator based on the details they've provided.
TourRadar also brings all of that together into one loyalty program. With the TourRadar+ Loyalty Program, your bookings build toward the same savings level no matter which operator you choose to travel with.
What is the tour operator's role?
Tour operators are the organizers who run and conduct your tour. Before you book, you can contact the operator directly to ask questions about a specific tour, such as the itinerary, inclusions, or availability. Once you've booked, the operator becomes your main point of contact for the rest of your trip, and you can reach them directly through your Booking Conversation Page.
Operators also set the terms and conditions for their own tours, including things like cancellation terms, so it's worth reviewing the operator's Terms and Conditions before you book. TourRadar is still here to support you throughout, so if you ever need us to step in, you can contact us at any time.
