Depending on your situation, you may need to contact TourRadar directly or the tour operator instead, and this article explains how to do both.
How do I ask the operator about a tour I'm considering booking?
If you're considering booking a tour, the tour operator is in the best position to answer your questions, since they run the tour and can provide details such as meeting location and time, accommodation details, itinerary logistics, inclusions, packing recommendations, and special requests.
Use the Contact Operator button on any tour detail page to reach them directly.
How do I contact the operator about an existing booking?
If you already have a booking, you can send a message directly to your tour operator through your Booking Conversation Page. Log in to your account, go to Bookings, and use the message function to reach your operator directly.
Regardless of what your question is about, the operator will pass it along to TourRadar if they need us to step in.
