Where to find the details for your tour, and what to do if you haven't received them.
Final documents give you the key details for your tour, such as your meeting point, start time and contact numbers. They're provided by the operator, not TourRadar, and what you receive depends on the operator, the tour and the destination.
What are final documents?
Final documents are the details you need to start your tour, such as your meeting point, start time and the operator's contact numbers. Not every operator sends official documents or a tour voucher. Many confirm these details in a message on your Booking Conversation Page instead. Either way is fine, as long as you have the information you need to start your tour.
Where can I find my final documents?
-
Log in to your TourRadar account.
-
Open your account menu and select Bookings.
-
Select your booking. This opens your Booking Conversation Page.
-
Check the Attachments tab for any documents the operator has uploaded.
-
Check the Messages tab for any details the operator has sent you in a message.
Some operators also email you directly or contact you on WhatsApp, so check your emails, including your spam folder, and WhatsApp too.
When will I receive my final documents?
Operators often share your final tour details around 2 to 3 weeks before departure. Some share them closer to the start date, as some details may not be confirmed until shortly before the tour starts. Timing varies between operators, and can depend on the destination, the tour and how far in advance you booked.
What should I do if I haven't received my final documents?
Send the operator a message from the Messages tab of your Booking Conversation Page and ask for the details you need. Only the operator can provide your final documents, so they're always the first people to contact.
Operators may also need your traveler details before they can send your documents. Check the Travelers tab, and if anything is missing, you'll see a prompt to complete it.

What if the operator doesn't reply?
Operators don't always reply straight away. They may be in a different time zone, have a small team that doesn't work weekends, or be out running tours. Replies can take 1 to 3 business days.
If the operator hasn't replied within 48 hours, we follow up with them automatically, and you'll receive a message on your Booking Conversation Page to let you know. If you still haven't heard back after 3 business days, send them another message.
If your tour starts within 5 days and you don't have the information you need to start your tour, our Customer Support team can help.
