How do I add my flight details to my booking?

Once your flights are confirmed, it’s helpful to share the details with your tour operator — especially if airport transfers are included.

How to share your flight details

• Go to your Booking Conversation Page

• Send a message to the operator with your arrival and departure details

If your flight plans aren't finalized yet, no problem — you can update the operator once they’re confirmed.

Upload your itinerary

For added accuracy, you can upload your full flight itinerary using the Attachments section in your Booking Conversation Page.
