What happens to my insurance policy if my booking is canceled by the operator?
If your booking was canceled by the tour operator, we understand that this can be disappointing.
It's important to note that insurance policies are typically non-refundable because they are designed to provide coverage for unexpected events, and the premiums paid are used to secure that coverage.
Once the cooling-off period has passed, refunds are generally not possible.
However, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Support team if you have any questions about your canceled booking or if you're looking for alternative options. We're here to assist you, provide information, and offer guidance to make the situation as smooth as possible.
If you want to know when the cooling-off ends, please read: How can I find out when my cooling-off period ends?
