I no longer require insurance, can I cancel this? 

If you’d like to cancel your insurance, simply send us a message from your booking conversation page and we’ll be able to check with XCover if this is possible. Whether or not your insurance can be cancelled and refunded depends on a few factors, including how long ago you booked and whether or not you’ve placed a claim yet.

If your insurance can be cancelled and refunded, we’ll process this for you straight away! If this isn’t an option, we’ll be in touch to let you know.

Please note the following for the 'Cooling period' for each country:

The 'cooling period' is the amount of time you have from the date of purchase to cancel your insurance policy without penalty. Outside of the cooling period, your insurance is non-refundable.
