How do I reset my password?
Resetting your TourRadar password is quick and easy—follow these steps to update your password
Here’s how you can securely reset your password:

Go to the TourRadar login page

Click the login icon in the top-right corner of any TourRadar webpage and select Log In.

- Select 'Continue with email'

Select "Forgot your password?"

This will take you to the password reset screen.

Enter your email address

Type in the email address linked to your TourRadar booking or inquiry and click 'Reset my password' (use all lowercase letters).

Check your email for a verification code

You’ll receive a 6-digit code that is valid for 20 minutes.

If you don’t see the email within 5 minutes, check your spam/junk folder.

- Enter the code and create a new password

Return to the TourRadar reset screen, paste the 6-digit code, and set your new password.

Password requirements
To keep your account secure, your new password must include:

At least 8 characters
-
At least 1 number
-
At least 1 uppercase letter

At least 1 lowercase letter

If you don’t receive the verification code email, check your spam/junk folder or request a new one.

Enter your email address in all lowercase letters and try again.

If you still haven’t received the email, it may be because you signed up using a social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook). In this case, try logging in with your social account instead.

Your verification code is only valid for 20 minutes. If it expires, you’ll need to request a new one.

For security reasons, do not reuse passwords from other accounts.
