How do I reset my password if I forgot it?

If you want to reset your password, please follow the below process:

1. Click on the login icon located in the top-right corner of any TourRadar webpage and choose the option to 'Log In'. 

   
   1. Alternatively, you can directly navigate to https://www.tourradar.com/reset-password.

2. On the login page, click on 'Forgot your password?'

   

3. Enter your email address and a new password will be generated and sent to your email.

4. Check your email inbox for the message from TourRadar.

   1. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

5. Open the email and click on the provided link to set your new password.

6. After submitting your new password, you will be automatically redirected to the TourRadar website and logged into your TourRadar account.

Following these steps, you will successfully reset your password and regain access to your TourRadar account.
