Tips
- If you signed up using a social login (Google, Apple, or Facebook), you will not receive a password reset email. You need to log in using the same account you originally signed up with. If you are unsure how you originally signed up, contact our team for assistance.
-
If you haven’t received the email, please try again, entering your email address in lowercase letters. You should also check your spam/junk folder.
-
Your Password Reset Code is only valid for 20 minutes. If it has expired, you’ll need to request a new one.
- If you have requested multiple password reset emails, only the most recent code will work.
-
For security reasons, do not reuse passwords from other accounts.
