I Accidentally Requested to Book the Wrong Date! Can I Change the Date Requested?

If a booking request has been placed for an incorrect date, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your TourRadar account and navigate to the 'Tours' section. 

    1. Tours

  2. Click on 'Manage Booking'.

  3. Select 'Modify Booking'. 

  4. Once you've accessed the modification options, you can proceed to change your travel dates as needed.

  5. Following this, you can request the change by submitting the necessary information.

Please be aware that if the new date you select carries a higher cost than your current booking, either the tour operator or our dedicated Customer Support Team will get in touch with you.

 6. The operator will confirm the price of the new date and seek your approval before effecting any changes. This ensures transparency and awareness if the new date entails additional expenses.

If the new date is the same or cheaper in terms of cost, the change will be processed automatically.

Alternatively, you communicate your situation by sending a message to your Booking Confirmation Page.

The adventure operator will review your inquiry and provide feedback within a maximum of 48 hours.

When a booking is confirmed, it's important to note that we cannot guarantee date changes without incurring penalties. 

After a booking request is made, it will either receive immediate confirmation or the operator will try to secure confirmation. Should you wish to modify the adventure date without penalty, the operator's input will be necessary to ascertain the feasibility of this alteration.
