How do I update traveler's details on my Booking Conversation Page?

Keep your traveler information accurate and up to date to avoid delays and ensure a smooth trip. Here's how to update details from your Booking Conversation Page.

How to update traveler details

  1. Log in to your TourRadar account

  2. Open your booking and go to the Traveler details tab on your Booking Conversation Page

  3. Find the traveler whose information you want to update

    • For the lead traveler, click Edit details

    • For co-travelers, click More options, then select Edit details

  4. A pop-up will appear — update the required fields like contact details, passport, insurance, or medical information

  5. Click Save when you're done


If you don’t have all the information yet

You’ll receive automated email reminders to complete missing traveler details as your departure gets closer.

If you don’t have everything (like passport or insurance info), you can return and complete the form later.

Tip: Some operators require travel insurance as mandatory. If you haven’t purchased it yet, you can temporarily enter “NA” in the insurance fields to stop the reminder emails — but we strongly recommend adding full details before your trip.

  • Verify updates: After saving, return to the 'Travellers' tab to confirm that your details are correctly updated.
  • If you're using the TourRadar app, the steps are the same, but the layout may look slightly different.
