Cancellations are allowed at any time, though the operators cancellation fees vary based on how close it is to departure.
Cancellation Timing & Fees
Cancellation fees typically increase as your departure date gets closer. This is because the operator may have already incurred costs to prepare for your tour.
If you cancel on the day of departure — or don’t show up without notice — it’s usually considered a no-show, and you may forfeit 100% of the tour cost.
Where to Check Cancellation Policies
You can review the tour operator’s cancellation terms on your Booking Conversation Page.
- You can view these from the link on the lower right-hand side:
- Or via your 'Booking Confirmation', which you can download here:
This documentation will provide you with a detailed understanding of all terms related to cancellations for your particular tour.
Recommendations
If you're considering cancellation, we suggest doing so as early as possible to help reduce potential fees. Alternatively, you may want to ask the operator if a date change is possible — though change fees may still apply.
Cancellation policies are set by the operator running your tour, not TourRadar. Be sure to review the terms linked to your booking, as fees and conditions can vary.
