If you leave the TourRadar site or app before booking, you lose our booking protection, our Terms and Conditions, and other important safeguards. Staying within TourRadar ensures that we can protect your information and keep you safe from potential fraud or security issues.
After booking
Some operators may use different communication channels after you've booked. These are typically for emergency contact or to stay in touch with your guide during your trip.
Pay your operator through TourRadar
We understand you might need to pay for some extra activities locally, but if you’ve paid an operator outside of TourRadar via money transfer or bank transfer, it could be a fraudulent booking. Get help immediately by contacting our Customer Support here. You can always double-check if you booked through TourRadar by checking your Booking Conversation Page as outlined here.
