      How can I activate my TourRadar Wallet?

      1. TourRadar will automatically open a TourRadar Wallet (powered by Hyperwallet) for you once you have made your first booking.

      2. You will be notified via TWO emails:

        • Email 1 - This will come from TourRadar providing you with your TourRadar ID needed to enter your TourRadar Wallet

        • Email 2 - This will come from Hyperwallet with a link to activate your TourRadar Wallet

          • Please use the TourRadar ID from Email 1 to enter your TourRadar Wallet using the link provided in Email 2

      3. After activating your TourRadar Wallet, you will be required to complete the “Payee Verification” process (for any issues or questions on this step, please refer to this article): 

      4. Once verified as a payee, you will then choose your preferred transfer method: Bank Transfer or Paypal (for any issues or questions on this step, please refer to this article): 

      After completing the above steps, you are good to go! You will see your released commission into your TourRadar Wallet on the due date and you will be able to transfer it to your preferred transfer method.
