How can I activate my TourRadar Wallet?

  1. TourRadar will automatically open a TourRadar Wallet (powered by Hyperwallet) for you once you have made your first booking.

  2. You will be notified via TWO emails:

    • Email 1 - This will come from TourRadar providing you with your TourRadar ID

    • Email 2 - This will come from Hyperwallet with a link to activate your TourRadar Wallet

      • Please click the link in email 2 that will open the page where you will enter your TourRadar ID from Email 1 to activate your TourRadar Wallet 

During the activation process, it is very important that you choose the correct account type at the beginning of the process:

If a form of Government ID number is requested during the activation process, please note that this cannot be a Passport ID number and is not a mandatory field for certain regions. 

If you are located in the United States then you will need to enter the Business Contact's Social Security Number in the Government ID field to continue. 

3. After activating your TourRadar Wallet, you will be required to complete the “Payee Verification” process (for any issues or questions on this step, please refer to this article): 

4. After completing the above steps, you are good to go! You will see your released commission into your TourRadar Wallet on the due date and you will be able to transfer it to your preferred transfer method.
