How do I change my tour dates?

If you need to adjust your travel dates, the process is straightforward.

Here’s how you can modify your tour dates through your TourRadar account:

  • Log into your account:

    • Start by logging into your TourRadar account. Navigate to the 'Tours' section, where you'll see all your current bookings.

  • Manage your booking:

    • Select the booking you wish to modify by clicking on 'Manage Booking'. This will take you to a detailed page where you can view various options related to your booking.
  • Select modify booking:

    • Click on 'Modify booking'. This option allows you to access different modification choices, including the ability to change your travel dates.

  • Change your travel dates:

    • Once in the modification options, select the new travel dates you desire. Be sure to review availability and any potential changes in the cost associated with different dates.
