If you’d like to add someone to your tour, the best approach depends on availability, but in most cases, the fastest and simplest option is for the additional traveler to make a new separate booking.
Make a separate booking for the new traveler
The most efficient way to add another traveler to your trip is to go to the tour page and book an additional spot directly.

- Avoids complications with shared payments or booking updates
If you need to request the addition manually
If you'd prefer to manage everything under one booking (or if the operator requires it), you can message the tour operator to ask if they can add another traveler.
To do this:

Go to your Booking Conversation Page

Use the Messages tab to contact the operator

Include the name of the traveler, room preferences, and any relevant details
What happens next

The operator will reply within 1–3 business days with availability and pricing

If space is available, they’ll update the booking and send a quote

You’ll then be asked to ‘Accept changes’ to confirm and trigger the payment update
