Can I cancel my booking request before receiving confirmation?

If you have placed your booking request and need to cancel this, you will need to contact our office using our online chat or by phone as soon as possible as we can’t guarantee you will be able to cancel without penalty. Once your booking request has been placed, this will either be immediately confirmed or our booking agents will be working to confirm this with the adventure operator, so we will need to confirm with the operator if the request can be cancelled without fees.
