It's important to note that while certain tours enjoy automatic confirmation, others remain pending until operator confirmation.

To differentiate between the two, look for the 'Instant Confirmation' button on selected dates within the tour details page.

Should this button be absent, the booking is considered pending, and the operator will assess the booking request before confirming. Please be aware of these nuances when managing your booking requests.

Once your booking request is submitted, it will undergo either immediate confirmation or our booking agents will be actively working to secure confirmation from the tour operator. In cases where a cancellation request is made, we will need to coordinate with the operator to determine if cancellation without fees is feasible.
