What should I do if I'm not receiving emails from TourRadar?

    If you're using Yahoo Mail and our emails aren’t coming through, you may have accidentally blocked our email address. To unblock it:

    • Log into your Yahoo account.
    • Click the gear icon for Settings.
    • From the left-hand column, select Security and Privacy.
    • Find our email address in the list of blocked addresses.
    • Click the trash icon next to it to unblock us.

    Once unblocked, you should start receiving our emails again without issues.
