      What if I need Supporting Documents or a Letter of Invitation?

      • If you require a Letter of Invitation or other supporting documents for your visa application, please consult the trip notes provided by the operator on your Booking Conversation Page.

      • If you haven't received these notes, you can contact the operator through the 'Messages' section of your Booking Conversation Page. The adventure operator will provide you with the necessary guidance.

        • Once the required documentation is ready, you will receive a notification, and you can download the documents from your Booking Conversation Page.


      Please note that the Letter of Invitation can only be provided once you have a confirmed booking.
