How do I obtain supporting documents or a Letter of Invitation for my visa?

If you need a Letter of Invitation or other supporting documents for your visa application, here’s what you can do:

• Check your trip notes: First, consult the trip notes provided by the operator, which you can find on your Booking Conversation Page. Here you can read more: What is the Booking Conversation Page, and how do I find it?

• Contact the operator:

  • If you already have a booking and haven't received these notes, or if you need additional documents, you can contact the operator directly through the 'Messages' section of your Booking Conversation Page. The operator will guide you on how to obtain the necessary documents.

• • If you don't have a booking, it's better to reach out directly to the tour operator by hitting the “Ask A Question” button on each tour's page. They have the most up-to-date and precise information and are best equipped to assist you. 

• Receive and download documents: Once the required documentation is prepared, you will receive a notification. You can then download the documents directly from your Booking Conversation Page.
