What Happens to my Funds if my Booking Cannot be Confirmed?

Upon placing a booking through TourRadar, a pre-authorization will be initiated on your credit card or PayPal account for the specified payment amount. This measure is taken in order to facilitate the official payment process once your booking is successfully confirmed.

In the event that confirmation cannot be secured, we will engage with you via your designated Booking Conversation Page to explore alternative tour options or departure dates. Should no suitable alternatives be identified or should you choose to decline the booking request, the pre-authorisation on your funds will be nullified by your bank, thereby releasing the reserved amount back to your account.

Typically, the reversion of funds occurs within a timeframe of 3 to 7 business days, contingent upon the processing pace of your banking institution.

 

It's important to note that when bookings are instantly confirmed, the deposit or the full amount, as applicable, will be deducted directly from your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
