What happens if a trip I booked for a client is canceled? Do I still get paid?

Every operator has their own cancellation rules stated in their Terms and Conditions section on a tour page. 

If a trip is canceled and the client/pax is being refunded 100% of their funds, the travel agent will NOT receive a commission on this trip.

If the trip is canceled and the client/pax is only refunded a partial amount, the travel agent will receive a portion of the commission (% rate based on the operator) on the funds not refunded to the pax.
