How to Write a Review
After you’ve completed your adventure, you’ll have two ways to leave a review and share your experience:

Email Invitation: Once your trip is finished, you will receive an email from TourRadar inviting you to leave a review for the adventure you just completed.

Operator’s Information Page: You can also visit the operator's landing page on TourRadar and click on the “Leave a Review” button to get started.

Who Can Leave a Review?
To leave a review about an operator on TourRadar, you must have completed an adventure organized by that operator.
- Customers who booked through TourRadar: After completing a trip booked through our platform, you’ll receive a review invitation.
- Direct Bookings: Even if you didn’t book your trip through TourRadar, but you traveled with the operator, you can still leave a review based on your personal experience.
Your review should focus on your personal experience of the adventure.
What Reviews Cannot Include:
To ensure reviews remain helpful and respectful, please avoid the following:

Travelled Guests Only: Only reviews from customers who actually traveled on the adventure are allowed. If you never traveled, please refrain from leaving a review.

Foul Language: Reviews containing inappropriate or offensive language will not be published.

Irrelevant Trips: Ensure your review focuses on the adventure you experienced. Reviews about a different adventure, even if it’s with the same operator, are not allowed.

Other Travelers’ Experiences: Your review should reflect your experience. Do not mention incidents or details that happened to other travelers who were not part of your booking.
How to Update a Review
Once a review has been posted, customers cannot edit it directly. If you really need to amend your review, please reach out to our customer support team via email or live chat, and we will assist you with the process.
How to Delete a Review
Customers are not able to delete reviews themselves. If you would like your review to be removed, our customer service team can take care of this for you. Simply get in touch with us via email or live chat, and we’ll handle it from there.
