How to create, edit or delete a review on TourRadar

We hope you had an amazing time on your tour! Sharing your experience helps future travelers choose the right adventure and know what to expect. Whether you're highlighting memorable moments or offering helpful tips, your feedback makes a real difference.

How to leave a review

You can leave a review in one of these ways after your tour ends:

  1. Review invitation email
    About 24 hours after your tour is complete, you’ll receive an email from TourRadar inviting you to share your review. Just follow the link to get started.

  2. From your TourRadar account
    Log in, go to My Tours, and click Write a review next to your past tour.

  3. Via the direct review page 

    Visit tourradar.com/review and enter the tour name and operator when prompted.

Only travelers who joined the tour can leave a review. If you booked for multiple people, each traveler is welcome to share their own experience—we actively encourage it!

Review guidelines

To help keep reviews useful and respectful for everyone, please follow these rules:

  • You must have personally participated in the tour.

  • Do not use offensive or inappropriate language.

  • Avoid including full names or other personal details about guides, staff, or fellow travelers.

Reviews that don’t meet these criteria may not be published.

Why can’t I see my review?

If you’ve submitted a review but it hasn’t appeared on the site yet, here are the most common reasons:

  • Moderation process:
    All reviews go through a quick moderation check before being published. This can take a few days—especially if you’ve uploaded photos—to make sure everything meets our review guidelines.

  • Email verification required:
    After submitting your review, you may need to verify your identity using email. Keep an eye out for the verification email in your inbox.

  • Check your account:
    Log into your TourRadar account and go to My Reviews to see the status of any reviews you’ve written. If it hasn’t gone live yet, it will show as Pending at the top.
