If your flights don’t line up exactly with your tour dates, you may be able to request extra accommodation before or after your adventure. Most operators offer this, but it isn’t guaranteed for every tour.
How to request extra nights

Go to your Booking Conversation Page

Navigate to the Adventure Overview section

Click ‘Request pre/post accommodation’

Enter your extra night details and submit your request
The operator will usually reply within 1–3 business days with a quote or to let you know if extra nights aren’t available for your tour.
Next steps - approving changes and payment
If extra accommodation is available, the operator will add the request to your booking and you'll receive an email notification letting you know your booking has been updated.
You’ll be prompted to either ‘Accept changes’ or ‘Decline changes’ directly in your Booking Conversation Page.

If your final payment has already been made, accepting the change will trigger an immediate charge to your saved card or PayPal account

If your final payment is still pending, the additional cost will be added to your total and charged with your final payment — you’ll still need to select 'Accept changes' to confirm.

If you’ve changed your mind or aren’t happy with the quote, simply select ‘Decline changes’

You’re also welcome to book additional nights independently if you prefer — there’s no obligation to request extra accommodation through the operator.
