What should I do if my flight arrives early or leaves after my tour ends?

If your flight gets you to your destination before your tour starts or leaves after it ends, you have a few options for handling extra accommodation needs:

Request extra accommodation


  • Go to your Booking Conversation Page and click on 'Request pre/post accommodation'.

  • Fill in the required details, including your extra night dates, and submit your request.

  • The tour operator or our Customer Support team will get back to you within 48 business hours with a quote for the additional nights.
  • If the pricing works for you, confirm by replying to the message to add the extra nights to your booking or confirm any changes to your booking by selecting "Approve Changes" in the top right-hand corner of your page.
  • Payment Adjustments:
    • If your final payment has already been processed, the additional cost will be charged to your card or PayPal account immediately.
    • If your final payment is still pending, the extra cost will be added to your total payment.

 If your flight departs late, use the same process to request post-tour accommodation.
  • You'll get a quote within 48 hours.

  • If you agree, please confirm, and your payment will be adjusted accordingly.

If you prefer, you can also arrange your own extra accommodation independently. You're not obligated to book these through your adventure operator.
