I’ve requested to cancel my adventure, how do I know if my booking has been cancelled?

Once you request to cancel your booking, TourRadar or your adventure operator will be in touch with you to discuss your cancellation details. Once the cancellation has been processed, you will receive a message confirming your cancellation and your booking status will read ‘Your booking has been cancelled’ on the top right-hand corner of your Booking Conversation Page:
