How long will it take to receive my refund?

Learn how refunds are processed, when to expect your money back, and how you'll be notified.

If you’ve been approved for a refund, here’s what to expect in terms of timing and follow-up:

How refunds are processed

  • Refunds typically take 7–14 business days to appear on your bank or credit card statement

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card provider
  • You'll receive a confirmation message in your Booking Conversation Page once the refund has been processed

  • Refunds are always returned to the same payment method used at the time of booking

Who to contact

  • If it's been more than 14 business days, or if you have questions about the status of your refund, send a message via your Booking Conversation Page.
  • Use the Messages tab to get in touch, so it can be looked into.

Refund policies and eligibility

  • Refunds are processed according to the operator’s cancellation policy, which outlines what is and isn’t refundable based on the timing and terms of your cancellation.
  • TourRadar doesn’t charge additional cancellation fees and will always follow the operator’s terms.

A few tips

  • Keep a copy of your cancellation confirmation and any messages related to your refund

  • If the refund has been issued but you haven’t seen it after 14 business days, you can also check with your bank or card provider for an update
