How long will it take to receive my refund?
After your refund is processed, it usually takes 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. This timing depends on how quickly your bank processes the transaction.
Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to communicate with us through your Booking Conversation Page, via the ‘Messages’ tab.
We want to make it clear that TourRadar follows the cancellation rules set by the adventure operator you booked with. This means that whether you get a refund or not depends on what the adventure operator decides for your canceled booking.
It's important to know that we don't add any extra cancellation fees, and we make sure your refund follows the adventure operator's refund policy for cancellations.
