If you come across a tour that you believe your client may be interested in, you can share a unique link with them or download a PDF Brochure to share with them. This link or brochure will have your logo on the page if you have added your logo through the agent portal, or if an admin has added a logo for your company. The page will be set up for customer viewing without certain agent features such as commission rate.
- To share a link with your client, click on the "Share link with client" button:
- Copy this unique link and paste it into an email or other means of communication to share with your client. Upon opening the link, your client will have access to that same Tour Detail Page.
- Your client will be able to open your unique link to the tour page. If they are interested in the tour, they will have access from their page to "Check Availability" for the trip and "Book Now" if they are ready. You will be notified that they made this booking and will manage the booking moving forward.
- To download PDF Brochure, click on the "Download PDF Brochure" button. Enter your email or your client's email and the Brochure will appear for them to download in your/their inbox:
