How can I communicate with an operator or make an inquiry about a trip?

From the TourRadar Marketplace, you are able to search through tens of thousands of trips that could be of interest to you.

1. If you're interested in a tour and have a question about the accommodations, itinerary, or anything else, simply click on the "Ask a Question" button on a tour detail page to contact the operator.
   
2. An inquiry form will pop up. Fill out the form with your question and press "Send Question."
    
3. You will find this conversation in your "Bookings" tab in your dashboard. It will appear as an "Open Question."
   
4. You will be notified when an operator has responded. Click on the open question and it will lead you to a conversation page that looks like the below photo. Continue communicating with the operator from this page.
