If you need to cancel any airport transfers you’ve added to your tour, the best way to do this is by sending a message to the operator through your Booking Conversation Page.
How to request cancellation
To send your cancellation request:

Log in to your TourRadar account

Go to your Booking Conversation Page

Use the Messages tab to clearly state which transfer service you'd like to cancel
Promptly sending your request helps ensure the operator can respond with the relevant details, including any cancellation fees that may apply.
What happens next
The operator will review your message and reply in the Booking Conversation Page to confirm whether the cancellation is possible. If cancellation fees apply, they’ll let you know before proceeding.
Once confirmed, your booking will be updated accordingly, and any cancelled services will no longer appear on your booking overview.
