Can I split the payment between my client and the other travelers on their trip?

Yes — once the deposit is paid, you can split the remaining balance between multiple travelers on the booking.

The initial payment (deposit or full amount) must be paid using the lead traveler's card at the time of booking.
After that, the rest of the payment can be split between travelers.

How to split the remaining balance for your clients

Once the booking is confirmed:

  1. Go to your client’s Booking Conversation Page

  2. Click on the ‘Travellers’ tab

  3. You’ll be able to edit traveler details and invite each traveler to contribute to the balance

To invite a traveler:

  • Set the amount you want them to pay

  • Click ‘Invite Co-Traveller’ — this will send them a secure payment link via email

  • They’ll receive a message with a ‘Make Payment’ button, bringing them to a secure page to complete the payment

  • After payment, the traveler will receive a confirmation email with the option to download their personal invoice directly from the secure payment page


You can track each traveler's payment status in the 'Travellers' tab, including amounts paid and who’s still pending.
