How do I refer a friend?

Find your referral link on your TourRadar account page by logging in and going to ‘Account’ from the profile menu.

Copy the link, or use the share button options (email, Messenger, or WhatsApp) to share it with a friend.

Your friend must be new to TourRadar (they can't already have an account), and they need to sign up for an account using your link.

After your friend signs up using your link, they’ll join TourRadar+ at Level 1 automatically and save up to 3% when booking.

If your friend goes on to book, you get +1 booking toward your next TourRadar+ level.
How can I see if I have a referral booking?
You can see your successful referred bookings on your account page under 'My Account', where your TourRadar+ Level is shown. Look in the top corner for 'Referral bookings'.

I referred a friend but I don't see a referral booking. Why not?
A referral only counts once your friend's first booking is confirmed, so if they've signed up but not booked yet, nothing will show. It also only counts if your friend was new to TourRadar and signed up using your referral link. If they already had an account, or signed up another way, the referral can't be tracked.
Can I refer someone who already has a TourRadar account?
No. Referrals only count for people who are new to TourRadar and create their account using your referral link. If your friend already has an account, their booking won't count as a referral.
Is there a limit on how many friends I can refer?
No, there's no limit on the number of friends you can refer. Each friend counts once, when their first booking is confirmed, and adds one booking toward your TourRadar+ level. Levels go up to Level 3, so that's the highest tier your referrals can help you reach.
Do I earn money or credit for referring a friend?
No. With TourRadar+, a successful referral moves you closer to your next level rather than giving you credit or a cash reward. When your friend completes their first booking, you get +1 booking toward your level, and a higher level means a bigger saving on every trip you book.
What happens if my friend cancels their booking?
If your friend cancels the first booking that earned you the referral, the +1 is removed and your level adjusts accordingly. The referral isn't re-awarded if they later rebook.
I referred a friend before TourRadar+ launched. Does it still count?
Yes. As long as your friend's first booking is confirmed after TourRadar+ went live, your referral still counts toward your level, even if you referred them earlier.
