If an operator offers a past passenger discount, you can use it when booking through TourRadar.
Good news! Some operators run their own loyalty programs and offer a past passenger discount to travelers who've booked with them before. If your operator offers this discount, you can use it when booking another one of their tours through TourRadar, in line with that operator's own terms and conditions for the discount.
How do I add my past booking details when I book?
On the booking page, under Add traveler details, look for the field where you can enter the booking reference from your previous trip with that operator.
Adding your booking reference here doesn't automatically reduce the price you see at checkout. It lets the operator match it to your past booking and apply your past passenger discount after your booking has been submitted.
What happens after I submit my booking?
Once you've submitted your booking and the operator has received the reference from your previous trip, they'll apply the discount to your booking accordingly, as long as it's valid.
Each operator sets their own terms for when their past passenger discount applies, so it may not be valid for every tour or during certain sales.
What if I'd rather have the discount applied before I book?
If you'd rather have the discount added at the time of booking, or you want to check that it's valid and see the final price including the discount before you commit, use the Contact Operator button on the tour page and share your previous booking reference, letting them know you'd like the discount applied.
The operator can then create a quote with the discount already included, which you can book from directly.
Can I combine the discount with TourRadar+ Member Savings?
Yes. Past passenger discounts can be combined with TourRadar+ Member Savings.
