Can I pay for my client's tour in installments?

Travel agents on TourRadar cannot pay for their clients' tours in installments when using:

  • Their own personal credit card/company card from the Book Now Page
  • Inputting their client's credit card details for them from the Book Now Page

If your client would like to pay in installments, please use the "Generate Payment Link" option. When you send the personalized link to their client, where they are not signed in as a travel agent on TourRadar, they will be able to pay for their trip in installments:

The option to pay in installments when opening the payment link will be available for your client, provided their booking falls outside the final payment period, which typically occurs around 65 days before departure, contingent upon the operator and travel style.

In instances where you don't initially choose the installment payment method, you retain the flexibility to manually make payments towards your adventure at your convenience. This can be done directly from your Booking Conversation Page.

You also can request payments from your clients as well. These manual payments can be effectuated after the initial payment and before the final payment due date.

If your client didn't pick the installment plan when you booked but now wants to switch to automated installments, just message us through your Booking Conversation Page. To qualify for installments, here are the requirements:

    • The remaining payment schedule must have room for at least two installments. (For example, if you're on a biweekly plan, your final payment date should be at least twenty-eight days away.)

    • The total amount left to pay should be at least two hundred USD/CAD/NZD/AUD/EUR/GBP.
