I booked under the wrong account, what do I do?

If you are a Travel Agent and have made a booking for your clients under an incorrect account or while you were not signed in to your own Travel Agent account please contact TourRadar ASAP. 

We can only transfer a booking if the request is made within the same calendar month that the booking was made. Please reach out to agents@tourradar.com for assistance.
