When will I receive my final documents/tour voucher?

Receiving your final trip documents or tour vouchers is an important step in preparing for your journey.

Most operators provide final documents before your tour begins. These usually include key details like meeting points, contact numbers, or a tour voucher if required — but the exact format varies.

Where to find them

If your operator uploads any documents, you’ll find them here. They’ll usually send you a message once the documents are available.

  1. Go to your Booking Conversation Page

  2. Select the Documents tab

When to expect them

Final documents are typically shared 1–2 weeks before departure, but timing depends on the operator. Some send them earlier, others closer to the start date.

If you haven’t received anything within 5 days of your tour, send a message to the operator via your Booking Conversation Page.


Check your traveler details

Operators may need complete traveler details before they can issue final documents.
Go to the 'Travelers tab to review the information you’ve provided. If anything’s missing, you’ll see a prompt to complete it.

Tips

  • Some operators may email your documents directly — keep an eye on your inbox too

  • If no documents appear, don’t worry — not all tours require a formal voucher
