TourRadar Moments lets you upload photos or short videos from organized tours using the TourRadar app. You can earn travel credits for each approved upload.
What can you do with Moments?
Moments lets you upload your travel photos or short vertical videos to share your experience with others. You can:

Inspire future travelers by linking your content to a tour or destination.

Earn TourRadar travel credits for approved uploads—even if you didn’t book through TourRadar.

Optionally connect your Instagram or TikTok to share your profile with other travelers browsing your Moments.
Earning TourRadar travel credits
You’ll receive credits for each approved upload:

June 2025: $25 per approved upload (up to 10 = $250)

From July 2025: $10 per approved upload (up to 10 = $100)

How to upload a Moment
How to upload a Moment
You can upload Moments using the TourRadar mobile app only. (You can download the app here)
Here’s how to do it:

Open the TourRadar app and go to the Moments section

Log in to your TourRadar account, or create one when prompted

Upload photos or videos from your device — you’ll be asked to grant the app access to your photo library

Link your content to a tour:

If booked through TourRadar: select your tour from the list of your bookings

If booked elsewhere: manually enter the tour operator name and destination

(Optional) Add a caption and connect Instagram or TikTok

Tap Submit Moment
What kind of content can I upload?
We’re looking for:

Short vertical videos (under 60 seconds)
-
High-quality photos
-
Natural, authentic moments — including scenery, food, activities, and your travel group
We don’t accept:

Blurry, dark, or heavily edited content
-
Irresponsible or unsafe behavior
Content must relate to an organized tour listed on TourRadar.
You don’t need to have booked through us, but you do need a TourRadar account to upload and receive credits.
What happens after you upload?

Upload submitted - You’ll see a confirmation message in the app

Under review - Your Moment will show as In Review under Your Moments

Approved or rejected - You’ll receive a push notification when it’s reviewed
If approved, you’ll be notified that credits are on the way -
Credits issued - Credits are typically issued within 30 days of upload
Approved credits are added to the TourRadar account used at the time of uploading.
How to delete or report a Moment

Open the Your Moments section in the app

Tap the three-dot menu next to the Moment

Select Delete Moment or Report (for someone else’s content)
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have booked the tour through TourRadar?
- No. You can upload content from any organized tour listed on TourRadar—even if you didn’t book with us.
How many Moments can I upload?
- As many as you like! Travel credits are limited to 10 approved uploads.
Can I link my Instagram or TikTok?
- Yes. You can optionally connect your accounts during upload and your socials account will be linked to the Moment and visible to anyone viewing it
Will my Moments be public?
- Yes. Approved uploads appear in the app and may be featured on TourRadar’s social media.
Who owns the content?
- You do. TourRadar doesn’t claim ownership—you’re free to share it elsewhere too.
What if I didn’t receive credits after 30 days?
- Check the Your Moments section in the app. If your Moment still says In Review, it may still be processing. If it’s missing or not approved, you can contact us here.
