How do I request to cancel my client's booking?

To ensure all cancellations are processed correctly and to avoid unnecessary delays, please submit all cancellation requests through your client's booking. This creates an official record and sends the request directly to the tour operator.


Step 1: Log in and find the booking

Log in to your Travel Agent Dashboard and navigate to the specific booking you wish to cancel.

Step 2: Go to the 'Overview'

Select your client's tour and click on 'Overview' on the left-hand side of the screen.

Step 3: Click 'Modify Booking'

Click 'Modify Booking'. Here, you’ll find various modification options, including adjusting travel dates or proceeding with a cancellation.

Step 4: Select 'Request Cancellation'

From the menu of options, scroll down and select Request Cancellation.

Step 5: Fill out the cancellation form

A pop-up window will appear. You will need to:

  1. Select the passenger(s) you want to cancel from the tour.
  2. Choose the reason for cancellation from the dropdown menu.
  3. Click Submit Request.

What happens after I submit the request?

Once submitted, the request is sent directly to the tour operator. The operator will then review the request according to their cancellation policy and confirm any applicable cancellation fees.

You will be notified of the final cancellation details and any potential refund amount through the Booking Conversation Page.

A note on cancellation fees

All cancellations are subject to the tour operator's terms and conditions, which were agreed to at the time of booking. Any applicable fees will be based on their policy. You can review the operator's terms and conditions on the tour page.
