How can I cancel my pre- or post-adventure accommodation and/or airport transfers?

If you need to cancel any of the additional services on your booking, you will need to send a message via your Booking Conversation Page to request to cancel these. The adventure operator or our Customer Service Travel Experts will be able to advise you of any potential cancellation fees. If there are any, this will depend on how close to departure you are cancelling and if the service is refundable. Cancellation fees for these services are usually based on the service provider’s terms and conditions according to the contract they have with your adventure operator.
