How do I learn about an operator on TourRadar?

Every operator on TourRadar has a profile where you can find multiple tour listings and reviews from past travelers.

We want to help you get a better understanding of the operator you’re considering, details of each organized adventure, and, most importantly, feedback from other travelers.

How operator profiles work

Each operator provides information that’s important for you to know or is frequently asked by others. This can include where they’re located - important information for time zone differences when communicating or unique details like how they contribute to local communities. It’s all about giving you a clearer picture of who they are.

How operator adventure listing pages work

Each operator has a dashboard on TourRadar where they control the content, pricing, and availability of their tours. TourRadar’s role is to help you easily and confidently shop and book thousands of adventures in one place, but we don’t operate them. When you book, you’re communicating and booking directly with the operator, based on the information and pricing they’ve added. Need to ask a question? Here's how to contact the tour operator through TourRadar.

How reviews about the tour work

After every trip, TourRadar invites customers to review their adventures. Operators can reply to reviews and even invite customers who didn’t book through TourRadar to share their experiences. As a community that values honesty and transparency, reviews are only removed or altered if they violate our review guidelines. Remember, reviews about an adventure are different from reviews about TourRadar itself, which are based on the booking and shopping experience.
