I booked under the wrong account, what do I do?
If you are a travel agent and have made a booking for your clients under an incorrect account or while not logged into your own travel agent agency account, please contact TourRadar as soon as possible.
We can only transfer a booking if the request is made within the same calendar month in which the booking was made. Contact agents@tourradar.com for assistance.
