Where can I view booking details related to a payment release?

TourRadar provides a set of comprehensive self-service reports for Travel Agents, Advisors and Ambassadors (Partners) to reconcile the payments released from TourRadar:

1. Go to Partner Portal

2. Click on the "Reports" Tab to see the follow reports: 

Payout Summary → Click on a specific payout to see the details.
Payout Details → Click on a specific payout from the Payout Summary to see the details.
Open Balance → This report displays the open balances per booking. Select the currency to see the open balance for each currency.
Find booking by TourRadar reference → Enter your booking reference to view the financial status of the booking on the TourRadar platform.
Monthly Commission → This shows the monthly commission overview grouped by due date month.
