How do I obtain supporting documents or a Letter of Invitation for my visa?

If you need a Letter of Invitation or other supporting documents for your visa application, here’s how to request them:

If you already have a booking

• Send a message to the operator through your Booking Conversation Page, using the Messages tab

• Let them know what documents you need for your visa application — they’ll advise if they can provide them and what information they require from you

• Once the documents are ready, you’ll receive a message and can download them directly from your Booking Conversation Page

If you haven’t booked yet

• If you want to confirm whether visa support is available before booking, click the 'Contact Operator' button on the tour page

• The operator can let you know if they offer supporting documents based on your nationality and destination
