How do I download my booking confirmation or cancellation invoice?
Downloading your booking invoice is simple.
You can download a copy of your booking confirmation invoice (or cancellation confirmation) at any time from your TourRadar account.
For confirmed bookings:

Log in to your TourRadar account

Go to the relevant Booking Conversation Page
 - 
Open the Adventure Overview or Payment Details section
 - 
On the right-hand side, click ‘Download confirmation’
 

For cancelled bookings:
- 
Open the same Booking Conversation Page
 - 
On the right-hand side, click ‘Download cancelation’
 

Both documents include your booking reference, payment summary, and serve as official confirmation for your records.
