If your coverage includes emergency assistance or other medical coverage, you can contact your dedicated 24/7 medical assistance service, XCover Assist, which is available in multiple languages. Please visit www.xcover.com/help/travel-medical-claim for details or check the policy wording that's available in your confirmation emails from XCover.com.

Your policy wording should also have the 24/7 contact number specifically for medical emergencies if your policy includes medical assistance.
